Granular Filtering & Automated Actions for "Unknown" (U) and "VOIP" (V) Lead Types

The Problem
Currently, Unknown (U) and VOIP (V) leads—including all Toll-Free numbers—bypass the Mobile Number Validator. Because the system "sends to verify" these leads, it often triggers an SMS error threshold, resulting in automatic account pauses.
We need a way to stop these "maybe" numbers from being messaged automatically.
Requested Feature
Add the ability to automatically filter or block Grey U and Grey V statuses before a campaign starts.
Options may include:
Auto-DNC: Automatically mark Unknown/VOIP leads as "Do Not Call."
Smart Filtering: Ability to bulk delete or segment these leads from an import.
Toll-Free Handling: Recognize Toll-Free numbers specifically so they don't default to "Unknown" and trigger send errors.
Why it matters
This prevents accidental account suspensions and keeps our sending reputation clean by ensuring we only message verified Mobile numbers.

Add a filter option for numbers that got an error due to unreachable / unkown number. At the moment, they got labeled with red "!". It will be easier for them to remove these numbers to the campaign if there will be a filter option.
