It would be handy to be able to sort conversations by Unread.

Button to turn off campaigns automatically on Holidays.
Need a button to turn off campaigns automatically on Holidays. Had the robot probing people on Christmas which is ridiculous and had no way to turn it off. Just need a button to turn on to stop automations on all major holidays.

Admins to edit user inforation
Client is asking for a feature that will allow them again to edit their user information like name, email and number. He is dissatisfied that feature has been removed.

Extend the grace period to answer the call
The client is requesting if it is possible to extent the 1 minute grace period to answer the call. They have an ivr pick up info, and 1 minute is not enough for them to review that info before answering the call.

Billing Campaign Breakdown
I want to be able to view billing by individual campaigns for sub-accounts that I have, so that I can markup my SMS, emails, and voice charges, and split-view my costs vs my revenue vs my profit

Be able to send one time emails or SMS to contacts without removing them from their current campaigns
Would like the ability to assign customers in one of my campaigns a one-time SMS or email message thanking them for their business this year. Currently it looks like I would need to reassign them to a new campaign which I don't want to do because the campaign they are currently in are their main campaign. I think by allowing us to do a one-time push SMS or email would help strengthen our relationships with clients.

Make Number of Days Longer in Automations
Currently you can only go up to 100 days in the automation scheduling. I'd like to have that extended to 12 months for longer term re-engagement campaigns.
