Feature Request

The client is requesting if it is possible to extent the 1 minute grace period to answer the call. They have an ivr pick up info, and 1 minute is not enough for them to review that info before answering the call.

Would like the ability to have a calendar on woo sender where I can mark parts of day or whole day to stop automations from going out. I feel like having the ability to turn off automations over holidays or while I am on a trip would be super nice.

When we increase our limit of daily contacts the start date for existing contacts seems to update to the next day instead of staying the same so they will be contacted right away. All new contacts that have already been scheduled refresh with the numbers update and are extended to be contacts in 2 days now instead of just one day. This really hurts our productivity.

Add a feature that will allow users to have their own time zones rather than having only the time zone that is set on the account.

Add an option to add a trigger action to add tags on incoming calls

Have an option to edit/modify the notification message being sent to users for upcoming appointments.

add an option to increase tags limit. Currently, it is limited to 200 tags per account.

Add Support for API Find Contact Endpoint so that it can be used to get multiple contacts who have given tag attached to their profile, I think this way it will be easier to filter contacts remotely as well. This already exists in the desktop app but be greate if can be provided through API access as well.

Be able to switch the ring tone...instead of music playing to play the old ring tone. Reason...we are using this product as a business and it's distracting to our team.
