Feature Request

I've encountered an issue that is costing us alot of money. There are many leads in out system that have "No Activity", they are not assigned to any pipeline/campaigns, and are just sitting there. The issue is there is no way to find/filter them. and we have alot.

Filter the web app's pipeline view( app.woosender.com/pipeline ) by tags, the way you can in the contacts view( https://app.woosender.com/contacts )

Be able to add an action that can change heat score and value when assigning a stage for the lead.

If a contact needs attention can it auto moved to the top of the stage that it's in.

make the system pipeline customizable, Currently, there no options to ad stages or change the names for this pipeline. Thank you!

Since we started a year ago, we have recommended that opportunity column leads be sorted from the most recent follow up date to the last...It is a real pain that when we have go into Future follow ups as an example with 700+ leads, that we have deal with ones set for a fu 3 months in the future at the top

Option for 'Do not contact' trigger to move the lead in the pipeline to another stage. This would clean pipeline stages of any 'STOPPED' leads.

Would like a the AI to connect us by phone immediately if requested by the lead.

There are alot of contacts that are not in a stage, and i have no idea where i can find them. this is a must

I would like to have a function when put a client won we can put a date a bit like a CRM, and not the date that we put in the pipeline stage, cause sometime we know the next day, and it goes on the wrong stats in dashboard
