Add the ability to add a task to call the customer in campaigns
We should be able to add a scheduled task to call the customer into campaigns, so if the customer is not responding in a certain amount of time (for instance) it tells the telemarketer to call the customer. But it does not tell the customer we are calling at that time.

Button to turn off campaigns automatically on Holidays.
Need a button to turn off campaigns automatically on Holidays. Had the robot probing people on Christmas which is ridiculous and had no way to turn it off. Just need a button to turn on to stop automations on all major holidays.

When a customer calls in the contact is moved to responded but the status stays Active instead of Attention. Could this please be adjusted? If a customer calls in and we miss their call it needs to alert us that they need attention.
