I would like some automation to move an opportunity/contact to the Lost campaign once they ask to unsubscribe i.e. when their status changes to "STOPPED", they should be sent to the "Lost" campaign

Faraz Amjad Naseem, you can use Woo Response to create an automation where when a contact responds with a keyword to unsubscribe you can have the action update the contact to be moved to a holding/lost campaign.

With WooBooking you can use one of the woobooking triggers, to trigger when a contact is not interested to move them to the lost/holding campaign.

Hey Daniel, I tried both of the things you suggested and neither of them is working. When trying to create the automation using the keywords "STOP" or "Unsubscribe", WooSender is telling me that these 'Opt-out' keywords will not trigger most actions aside from the 'Add tag' action. I have attached a picture showing this.

For the WooBooking trigger, I set it up so that when a contact is not interested, it should move them to the Lost pipeline stage (Using Add/update opportunity). I tested this and this did not work either. Please advise as to how I can implement this and if it is possible at all. Thank you.

Daniel, disregard, I figured it out. You have to pick "Opt-out requested" in the triggers instead of "Contact not interested". Thanks!
