It would be great to have the option to have a master setting to turn off a user/caller if they call out for the day instead of having to remove them from ALL of my campaigns and action round robin spots...it would also be great if I marked the user unavailable it automatically blocked the rest of their scheduling calendar too. Instead, we need to go do that in outlook and it's a pain!
