Only Re-open Conversations on Inbound Messages
Only open a conversation when the CUSTOMER responds or contacts us versus a conversation being re-opened every time we send a message.

Filter Missed Calls in All Conversations
Theres many times where we've received a high volume of calls and some are missed. IT would be great to easily locate them through filtering the conversation
